A law firm that focuses on religious liberty issues, is calling on the Emmaus, PA school district to immediately release to the public what they called "four pro-homosexuality" videos shown as part of the district's "Unity Week" and "Day of Silence" activities.
Todd Starnes talked to Mat Staver, the Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, who says Emmaus High School is in violation of the school district's policies.
"They have no basis for, number one, not informing the parents ahead of time and allowing them to opt out. Number two, not giving them the information that was delivered to this mandatory session of the entire school of about three thousand students, Staver said.
