Todd Starnes spoke with Jack Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop and his attorney Kristen Waggoner, Senior Counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom. The Supreme Court ruled for the Colorado baker in the same sex wedding cake case, seen by some as a landmark win for religious freedom.
"It was a big ruling. It exonerated us from the Civil Rights Commission's incredible bias against my faith and hopefully that allows us now to get back into the wedding business that I love to do," Phillips said, fighting back tears.
"I don't think it's narrow to say that the government cannot target people of faith because of their views on marriage," Waggoner added.
