The University of Tennessee-Knoxville is about to embark on it's fifth annual "Sex Week." The event is hosted by the campus organization "Sexual Empowerment and Awareness at Tennessee."
Todd Starnes spoke with a candidate for Mayor of Wilson County, Tennessee and former State Senator Mae Beavers and Tennessee political analyst Steve Gill about the University of Tennessee's "Sex Week" series of seminars, which many feel do not belong on the campus of a state-run university.
Beavers spoke to many alumni of the university and said all of them react with the same "disgust" about the type programming the student organization is running. "They do not reflect the values of Tennessee," she said.
Gill added, "People are appalled at this promotion of perversion in the name of their flagship university in the state of Tennessee. Even if you polled the students on the campus, they would shake their heads and appalled at what's being done"
