The horrific bombing Monday night at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England has a lot of parents and music fans wondering if concerts or any public events are still safe to go to.

On Tuesday's show, Thomas Ruskin, President of CMP Protective and Investigative Group and Retired NYPD Detective, joined Tom to discuss the terror attack and how a homocide bomber was able to find holes in the Manchester Arena's security.

Ruskin also offered advice on what to do if you're in a public place and there's a terror attack or another emergency.
