The alleged Fort Hood gunman, Major Nidal Hasan, was arraigned this afternoon.  He's charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 additional counts of attempted premediated murder stemming from the 2009 shootings at the base, and faces the death penalty if he's convicted.  Hasan didn't enter a plea during the appearance, and will now plan his defense minus one lawyer.  John Galligan, his lead civil defense attorney, announced a leave of absence, leaving 3 military lawyers to represent Hasan.  Guilt or innocence isn't a question on Twitter, the feelings are unanimous...@nytxnarvaiz...
