MSNBC political analyst Mark Halperin got into hot water recently when called President Obama "a d--k" on the air. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney complained and now MSNBC has suspended Halperin indefinitely - is that fair? How far should a cable television program be allowed to go? The Minnesota government shut down this morning after Democrat Governor Mark Dayton and state republicans failed to reach a budget agreement. More than 22,000 state workers stayed home today and many state parks and rest stops are closed on this busy travel weekend. Tom says "So what?" Did the state fall apart? Are the lights still on?
