The head of Philadelphia's public school system makes more money than the governor of Pennsylvania. Now a Democratic lawmaker wants to do something about that -- proposing a salary cap.

Superintendent Arlene Ackerman makes $348,000 a year while Governor Tom Corbett makes nearly $175,000 a year.

And Pennsylvania isn't the only state battling bloated pay packages.
