The Obama Administration's Justice Dept. gave an Al-Qaida operative what some might call a sweetheart deal.

Mohammed Junaid Babar confessed to helping train terrorists who attacked London in 2005. Dozens of people were killed in the attacks. Babar was facing a 70-year prison sentence.

However, court records provided to the Associated Press indicate he was sentenced to time served and 10 years of probation. The reason? He cooperated with authorities and his testimony helped convict ten other terrorists.
