School Board Nightmare

A Florida school board meeting turned into a nightmare yesterday when a gunman shot at board members before killing himself.  Despite being shot at from close range, all of the board members emerged unscathed - but how?  And was the shooter driven by hatred for the rich?  Tom investigates.  Plus, local officials said random incidents like this can't be prevented.  Tom says more guns could have ended this confrontation sooner.

Food Police Strikes Again!

When it comes to deciding what foods kids should eat, First Lady Michelle Obama says "We can't just leave it up to the parents"!  On Monday, President Obama signed into law the Child Nutrition Act which will regulate the foods children are served at school.  But is it the government's job to decide what kids should eat, or their parents'?  And if this government intrusion wasn't enough, wait until you hear about the fine print ...

Busy Day in DC
