The radio buzz... the top talk radio stories of the day...

The Star Spangled Banner? Sorry - You can't sing that here.....

A group of students at a leadership conference in Washington DC stood at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and decided to sing our National Anthem.

They were quickly stopped by US Park Police.

"It is against federal law to sing any song at the Lincoln Memorial. According to the Park Police - the Lincoln Memorial must remain content neutral."

That was Fox's Todd Starnes - speaking with Forrest and Tanya at WREC.

The incident took place on June 25th  and follows an incident in May in which a group of students were ordered to stop praying outside the Supreme Court.

And the buzz goes on...

Americans today - live much longer than in the past.

So I think before they do that they have to introduce to the school system - some personal finance and investment classes - so people can understand the ups and downs of the market - because as we know - the market goes up and down daily because of consumer confidence."

That was Chicago based money coach Matthew Sapaula.
