The grilling continues --- of Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan - as she's questioned by both sides of the aisle during her confirmation hearings.

"Some call her an activist - but there's really no proof of that - it's sort of a catch 22 because she hasn't been a judge."

That was Fox News Legal Analyst Lis Wiehl speaking with Vic at WRPW Normal, IL.

If approved - Kagan will fill the seat vacated just yesterday by Justice John Paul Stevens.

The Supreme Court - as it's session winds down - ruling yesterday on Gun rights.

In a 5-4 vote - the high court striking down a gun ban in Chicago - remanding it back to the circuit court of the 7th district.

"It doesn't mean that there aren't going to be efforts all over the place to still implement restrictions."

That was Former Federal Prosecutor Doug Burns speaking with the folks at WREC Memphis, TN.

Following the ruling from the court - Mayor Richard Daily now says that the city will consider measures to make owning a handgun more difficult.
