Tensions were high on the Hill Thursday as BP CEO Tony Hayward appeared before a House subcommittee hearing.   Members of Congress like representative John Dingell (D-MI) asking the CEO questions like "Can you tell us how much money BP saved by not using the proper number of centralizers?" and getting answers like " I'm afraid I can't recall that."  Hayward apologied several times,  but frustrated lawmakers by dodging responsibility.  Making Tony Hayward your hot twoppic of the moment. Earlier, Texas Representative Joe Barton took the spotlight when he accused the White House of a $20 billion shakedown of BP, referring to the fund BP established to help compensate victims of the spill. He later apologized saying the remark was misconstrued.

Hot twoppic of the day is the World Cup...on Thursday Argentina defeated South Korea,  and  Greece had a come-from-behind victory over Nigeria.  The U.S. gets ready to take on Slovenia on Friday.

Hot twoppic of the week is the "Wizarding World of Harry Potter," the new "theme park within a theme park"  at Universal Studios that recreates the world of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter book series.  The wizard world officially opens on Friday, and features Hogwarts castle, and plenty of rides like the two roller coasters called "Dragon Challenge."
