An Army veteran has until Tuesday to remove an American Flag from the window of his house - or face eviction proceedings from Midwest Realty Management.

The Wisconsin management company citing policy banning the display of flags, banners and political or religious material.

Attorney, former police officer and Author of "Observations of White Noise "Acid Test" for the First Amendment - Mark Harrold - on with KFAB Omaha, NE.

Originally - the management company gave Charlie and Dawn Price until Saturday to remove the flag - but have extended it to Tuesday - to honor Memorial Day.

28 Year Old Charlie Price served 8 years of duty with the Army - as a combat engineer in Iraq and Kosovo.
