And he's OUT - National Intelligence Director Dennis Blair is resigning from his post.

The White House... reportedly putting a lot of pressure on Blair for his resignation - after numerous recent intelligence failures.

Retired Lt. Col Jeff Addicott - Director for the Center of Terrorism Law at St. Mary's University spoke to many Fox Radio affiliates this morning - including WREC Memphis, TN - who wanted to know - is Blair responsible - or a fall guy?

Blair, a retired admiral is the third person to serve in the post since its creation - after the 9/11 terrorist attacks - in response to public outrage over failure to prevent the devastating attack that rocked America.

Another story making for some hot buzz on the airwaves:

The Senate yesterday passing a MAJOR financial regulation bill.

...with THE MOST sweeping regulations placed upon Wall Street - since the Great Depression!

That was Fox News Political Analyst Jeff Birnbaum - speaking with Chris Stegall at KCMO Kansas City.

The bill passed with a vote of 59 to 39.

Only 2 democrats voted against the bill while several republicans - broke ranks and SUPPORTED the bill - including Freshman Senator Scott Brown of Massachusetts.
