It could be the death penalty for - Major Nidal Hasan - The man accused of opening fire at Fort Hood - on November 5th - killing 13 and wounding dozens of others. And what sort of trial should Major Hasan expect?
That - according to - Lt. Col Jeff Addicott on the air with WSBA York, PA. He's also a Professor and Director for the Center for Terrorism Law at Saint Marys University. Hasan is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder.

Off shore wind farm coming soon to the coast of Cape Cod.
U.S. Interior Secretary Ken Salazar approving the nations FIRST offshore wind farm -- Allowing the US to harness a clean energy source. Called the "Cape Wind Project" - it will consist of some 130 windmills rising 440 feet into the sky, 5 miles off the shore of Cape Cod and 14 miles from Nantucket. Developers hope to begin construction this year and to begin to generate power by late 2012.
