Philip Seymour Hoffman leads a British radio revolution in this week's FOXLight DVD release roundup. As "The Count", Hoffman helps seven like-minded DJ's flip the bird to stodgy, government-owned radio by broadcasting rock and roll from unrestricted international waters, in Pirate Radio.

Tim Allen directs and stars in Crazy On The Outside, about a guy who gets released from prison to find the grass isn't necessarily greener on the free side.

Bypassing theaters and going straight to DVD is the Russell Crowe and Laura Dern-led Tenderness, where a confused 15-year-old girl finds love in the arms of a possible serial killer...and Woody Harrelson is Defendor, a nebbish turned do-it-yourself superhero complete with a duct tape "D" on his sunken chest.

Also out this week...

The Broken Lizard crew bring out another slapstick-cum-subversive comedy in The Slammin' Salmon, where Michael Clarke Duncan is a former heavyweight champ who opens a seafood restaurant and tortures his waitstaff with a high stakes contest to see who can sell the most food in a single shift.

New to Blu-ray this week...

Apollo 13 (15th Anniversary Edition), the pre-DaVinci Code pairing of director Ron Howard and star Tom Hanks documenting the almost deadly lunar mission...

A Nightmare on Elm Street, the 1984 original and arguably best of the Freddy Kruger slasher series...

And 1939 film classic, and the originator of the term "epic", the Clark Gable-Vivien Leigh Civil War drama Gone With The Wind.

Last but not least, TV on DVD this week includes...

The granddaddy of all hospital dramas Emergency! - Season 6...

Nighttime soap classic Dallas: The Complete 13th Season...

And two weeks of grueling competition are whittled down to 4 hours of highlights on the 2010 Winter Olympics.
