Speculation over who exactly Carly Simon's famous song is referring to usually rests on one of her famous exes, actor Warren Beatty. But apparently, the song wasn't about him. The 38-year mystery has been put to rest: according to The Sun of London, the tune is about media mogul David Geffen.  The rumor is Simon was jealous of Geffen's promotion of rival Joni Mitchell. @cklosterman tweets The fact that "You're So Vain" is about business (as opposed to pleasure) suddenly makes that song about 10 times more original. It also makes the song your hot twoppic of the moment.

Hot twoppic of the day is the Candian women's hockey team who won their third straight Olympic gold medal against team USA, who took silver. But the headlines don't stop there. The Canadian team is under investigation by the International Olympic Committee because of their celebration on ice, which included alcohol and cigars. The IOC is concerned the public celebration could damage the image of women's hockey.

Hot twoppic of the week is tween singing sensation Justin Bieber who has been a trending topic almost everyday this week. He just announced his invitation for his 16th birthday party in LA which will have all sorts of activities, like paintball, sumo wrestling and laser tag. But TMZ reports that his young fans cannot attend without a release form signed by their parents stating "I fully understand my/minor's participation may involve risk or serious injury or death." But Bieber must have some really hardcore fans... the party is expected to be packed.
