Forget the key to the city, Capt. Chesley Sullenberger is getting his very own drink. The Half Pint Pub in New York City introduced The Sully over the weekend. The cocktail made from two shots of Grey Goose Vodka and a splash of water. Get it?
Those who have sipped The Sully say it's cool and smooth, like the captain who landed his plane in the Hudson River after it hit a flock of Canadian geese. By the way, there's no truth to the rumor the NTSB is investigating allegations the geese may have violated American airspace.
Anyway, The Sully is served chilled in a martini glass and it's the toast of the town. A classy drink for a classy guy, some say.
But you'd better bring your debit card. The Sully will set you back eleven bucks -- about as much as a bag of peanuts on some airlines.
