All you need to cast your vote in the Buckeye State is a park bench, according to a federal judge appointed by former President Bill Clinton.

Judge Edmund Sargus ruled that homeless voters must be allowed to list park benches and other locations (like Maytag refrigerator boxes) as their addresses.

Monday's ruling is part of a deal reached with Ohio's Demcratic Secretary of State, Jennifer Brunner and the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless. You might remember Ms. Brunner's name from the ongoing scandal surrounding voter registration fraud.
