They've been delivering noon day prayers at the U.S. Naval Academy since 1845. Before the midshipmen eat lunch, they all stand, bow their heads and listen as a chaplain delivers grace.

Now -- the American Civil Liberties Union is getting involved. They claim the prayer is government sanctioned religion. And if the Naval Academy refuses to cease and desist, the ACLU will file a lawsuit.
