If you happened to be a student in James Corbett's European history class, you would have learned that Christians are more likely than other people to commit rape and murder. That's one of the allegations in a lawsuit filed by Chad Farnan. He was a student in Mr. Corbett's class at Capistrano Valley High School.
And to avoid the possibility Chad was misinformed, he took tape player to class and recorded some of the rantings.
Mr. Corbett's attorney denied his client was anti-Christian. He told Fox News the teacher was just inspiring his students to think. Ahem.
Well, Chad and his attorney think it's time for Mr. Corbett to find another job. They want him fired. After the California school district ignored their complaints, they took their grievance to federal court -- and guess what? The federal judge said he believes the boy has a lawsuit.
