I wish you a Merry Christmas and do NOT care if that offends. I am guaranteed the free exercise of my religion and free speech in the US Constitution. I refuse to be forced to take Christ out of the equation since He is the reason for the season.

I agree, we don't take away others freedoms of emotions or feelings. Why should anyone have to say happy holidays instead of Merry Christmas??? If people take offense to those words that is just rediculous! we aren't saying it out of spite we are saying it out of peace and happiness! I also think that SANTA CLAUSE IS COOL!
It is such a waste of emotional energy for people to let themselves get upset over things like this.
It's Santa Claus, for crying out loud. He makes children smile, just by standing there. What's bad about that?
He's not going to make a lifelong emotional mark on your kids. They'll stop believing in him by the time they hit 10. He's usually the first of a great list of things our children stop believing in. It's enough to make you weep.
And he has no religious ties, if that's what's bothering you. Santa is strictly commercial. He's no different than having Mickey Mouse or Barney the Dinosaur visit the kids, except he brings them stuff.
People, seriously…unclench your asses and enjoy life a little bit. And let your the kids smile now before they have to turn into us. What a tragedy that is. http://www.planetcommonsense.wordpress.com
Down with "PC"!
That is just so much detritus.

No Jesus is not the reason for Christmas. (Google Saturnalia and you'll find the origin of Christmas).

Santa has nothing to do with Jesus' birth so why do Christians get upset? The Santa we know is not the same as the Saint Nicholas that he is based on.
Jesus made snowflakes? What kind of commentary is this? Good grief! I'm surprised he didn't say that Jesus made the Christmas trees, too! How foolish.
Hey kiddo!!!
