“Thank you, Mr. Chairman and delegates. I accept your nomination for President of the United States.”
And with that Mitt Romney became the presidential nominee of the Republican Party.
Walking onto to the floor of the Republican National Convention I could feel the electricity.
This once and a lifetime opportunity culminated with the biggest speech of Mitt Romney’s life and of course the famous balloon drop.
The final night of the convention focused on Mitt Romney as a businessman and savior of business. Because… HE DID BUILD THAT!

Dalton with Fox News Channel’s Martha McCallum.
Romney’s history at Bain Capital was shown in a new light. Staples, Sports Authority, and Bright Horizons would not have been with out Mitt Romney and Bain Capital.
One of the surprise moments of the night for me happened when over 10 Olympians joined on stage to speak about the Mitt Romney they knew… a rescuer.
Romney asked the nation a historic question.
“If you felt that excitement when you voted for Barack Obama, shouldn’t you feel that way now, that he is President Obama,” he said. “You know there is something wrong with the kind of job he has done as president when the best feeling you had was the day you voted for him.”
Romney proposed a new plan for American Exceptionalism, a path to prosperity, freedom, and peace. It is a new path, a new destiny for America, and a restored vision of our founding fathers.
Common-sense conservatism works and that is why Governor Romney must be elected President.
“President Obama promised to begin to slow the rise of the ocean – and to heal the planet,” he said. “My promise is to help you and your family.”
I ask you to join me in supporting the next President of the United States Governor Mitt Romney.

What a pure joy. A teen like you taking an interest in politics. That is a wonderful picture of you with Mrs. Romney too. You will have it as a treasure for a lifetime. The electricity in politics is surely exciting. I know it was always present when I worked for the senator.
Paula Hall,
What senator? Strom Thurmond?
Great work, Dalton, on your post here and I enjoyed following you on Twitter too!
Seems like the kid had a blast. Here's a future press secretary.
You're with stupid.
Vajayjay Shepherd
Give it up with your playground antics. Everytime you call people on here "stupid" and "idiot", you're not exactly showing yourself in a good light. You are capable of stupidity and dumbass-ness and its shining brightly on you now. Grow up or get lost. If you cant say anything nice about these kids, dont say nothing at all because you really pass yourself off as a grown adult bully attacking kids like this just because their party membership is different from yours. You really need to pull your head out of your twat and get a life.

These kids are young, and have been indoctrinated by morons. That makes their views moronic, while not necessarily making THEM morons.
Just like the kid who gave a rousing conservative speech and is now a LIBERAL that supports OBAMA:
Let's hope these misguided kids have the brains to turn out the same way.
Three-and-a-half years ago, 13-year-old Jonathan Krohn gave a speech at CPAC and instantly became the country's most famous conservative pundit who still went back-to-school shopping with his mom. But he's 17 now — older, wiser, more matoor — and tells Politico that he would vote for President Obama this year if he were old enough, his favorite show is the Daily Show, he supports gay marriage and Obamacare, and he's starting at NYU in the fall, where he'll study philosophy and filmmaking. Ha, wow.
Vajayjay
So anyone who doesnt think like you is a moron? I wouldnt go there with any kid that shows up at the Democratic convention. They are entitled to their views as much as Republican kids. I really dont care about Krohn, he made his decision and thats that. You need to get off your high horse and quit attacking these kids for their beliefs you stupid bully son of a b1tch. You were young dumb and stupid once and you're older dumber and stupider now. Anyone who can pick on these kids are themselves troubled as much as misguided, terribly. You are truly and utterly pathetic. Say the wrong thing to a persons kid and you'll be running with your tail inbetween your legs boy.
Joel Rivera
Yet ANOTHER threat from Joel.
Yes, you have the right to be a moron. Never said you didn't.
Let's just hope these kids are as smart as Krohn!
Joel is one of those ignorant UGLY moronic republicans. He needs to be dealt with insults because that is all his fat beaner head can understand.
Lindsay John Tidmus
F-Off damn white Democrat racist scum.
Dalton, since you claim to like America so much, how about proving it by reporting to the nearest military recruiting office as soon as the convention is over?
You are a fucking IDOIT! Are you from the planet KOLOB?
Keep brown-nosing and kissing butt, Dalton! THAT'S the way to get noticed in the Republican party! They've obviously taught you well!
(Dumb kid! Here he's voting for the very ticket that's going to destroy his future!)
Hopefully this kid will get a good public education and find the error of his ways.
