President Obama arrived in New York City yesterday in advance of his speech later today at the United Nations – but the White House said he will not meet privately with any world leaders.
His schedule was cleared so he could hold a gab fest with the ladies on The View.

It was a difficult decision, I’m sure. Bilateral meetings or Joy Behar?
I received a transcript of his television appearance last night — revealing that the president prattled on about all sorts of pressing matters — like his most recent tell-all in Vanity Fair and whether or not Mrs. Obama makes Mr. Obama mad.
The president, legs crossed, revealed and how he keeps the First Lady happy.
“I like lavishing her with all kinds of attention when she deserves it, and she always deserves it,” he replied.
President Obama also announced to the nation that he’s eye candy.
I kid you not.
“I told folks I’m just supposed to be eye candy here for you guys,” he told the gals.
That’s not exactly the kind of stuff you want to be reading while you’re eating your corn flakes.
It reminded me of when The New York Times waxed poetically about how the president enjoyed flossing in front of his body man — Reggie Love — not that there’s anything wrong with that, of course.
The First Couple also described their post-White House life.
Mrs. Obama said she wanted to go on a long vacation — but probably not to Spain, Martha’s Vineyard, Aspen, South Africa, Panama City, Vail, Maine, Hawaii, or Botswana. That’s because she’s already vacayed in those locales — compliments of the American taxpayer.
As for President Obama?
“The thing I think I would enjoy the most is spending time, working with kids,” he told the gals. “Just giving young people the sense of possibility, of opportunity.”
I suspect most young people would just settle for a job, Mr. President.
Sadly he did not do so well on the foreign policy portion of the interview. But in his defense, President Obama does have difficulty answering yes or no questions.
“Was the Libya attack terrorism?”
“There’s no doubt that the kind of weapons that were used, the ongoing assault, that it wasn’t just a mob action,” he replied. “What’s clear is that, around the world, there are still a lot of threats out there.”
For future reference, Mr. President, the correct answer is “yes.”
Now the average American might wonder how President Obama found the time to dish with those Chatty Cathies on The View – what with the world spiraling out of control.
The Middle East is in turmoil. They’re attacking our embassies. They’re burning our flag. Iran and Israel are moving closer to the brink.
But fear not, America. Our Commander in Chief always has time for Whoopie — Goldberg, that is. Whoopie Goldberg.

I'm reminded of the time you folks said that Obama was meeting with a pirate instead of the Israeli prime minister. Turns out that story was completely false and did you even bother to say as much?

That sounds like a balanced and fair reflection of the facts to me! Oh brother…

ben the Fox and friends show is and says it is news and Opinion. Much like many other news and Opinion styled shows on CNN and MSNBC the are wrought with tongue in cheek statements and stretching of the truth. I find myself hating at least 50% of Fox and 80% of the others so it must be more fair than the others……

Still doesn't clear obama of holding fund raisers like crazy while not caring about jobs for us. PS, this was in July, he still hasn't met with jobs council and has had 160 fund raisers by now. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2012/jul/19/republican-national-committee-republican/did-barack-obama-hold-100-plus-fundraisers-while-h/

Republicans refuse to move on creating jobs:
Senate Republicans on Thursday blocked the No.1 item on the president's congressional "to-do-list," refusing to allow a vote on a bill that would give tax breaks for companies that "insource" jobs to the U.S. from overseas while eliminating tax deductions for companies that move jobs abroad.

Come on, you want full truth from anyone at Fox? Heck, I pointed out a misleading headline on one of Todd's posts and he banned me from posting on his facebook page after giving me a full 60 SECONDS to retract and apologize! He even has, so far, refused to answer my email with an explanation of why HE misunderstood what I posted. Another dissenting voice silenced for pointing out an alternate opinion. More of the same on good old Fox!

Going to ban me here too Todd? What's the matter, you don't like truth? I never said you edited that section, I agreed you posted it unedited. I said you edited the context AROUND it, and posted an example of the context of which I spoke. You are a hypocrite of the highest order, complaining about your free speech rights while taking mine away. Hypocrite.
Go Joe!

Hell is breaking loose in the Middle East, our embassy, Ambassador and former SEAL's are murdered, the economy is sucking as usual, people are needing jobs, meanwhile taxpayer money is being freely given without any say to our enemies, and this son of a b1tch McKenyan is hanging with his want to be celebrity political advisors and making the rounds on a talkshow with Whoopty-do and the broads of "The View"? And I thought playing golf was bad, and yet this boy who wants to keep on being the grand imperious leader is too busy coszing up with the celebrities in front of the camera to even care about the job of managing the country and dealing with the firestorm in the Mid East. Someone needs to put a boot in his a55 and tell him to get with the program.
The best way to do something about this is to vote him out come November. VOTE VOTE VOTE
I intend to. Even if he wins, my hands are clean as to whatever he does to continue his brand of destruction to the country.
Sorry he inherited that shit from bush. You can't fix 8 yrs of destruction in 4 years. the Bush administration put us so far behind with war it's crazy. everybody knows want you blow s*** up you gotta fix it, or suffer more wars, which equals hella money. F-bush. that bastard was friends with the bin Laden's the whole time, he got rich is he sunk our country into a deficit. I think they all need to just smoke some weed and relax. either way I'm going to continue doing what I'm doing oh well. haven't heard from you in a long time cousin hope you doing good.
