SO MAYBE IN THE FUTURE – THESE CELEBRITIES COULD LEAVE
THE CONSTITUTIONAL DEBATE TO THE EXPERTS

As opposed to what YOU do, Mr Starnes? What exactly is your claim to fame? That you're a Fox radio on-air "personality?" That you used to weigh 300lbs with "gravy in your veins" and needed a double bypass before you gained some common sense and started eating healthier and getting some exercise? Martha Stewart, and the Holywood and media elite should stick to what they're good at, which is nothing of course, and they need to quit preaching their typical politics especially in light of this shooting and before the victims are even laid to rest. No sooner after the last shot is fired that these no good filthy rich miscreants of leftism begin with their worthless politicized opinions. It's ironic though that Holywood especially, produces films with a lot of guns, violence, and a ridiculous amount of body counts. These people aren't qualified to make an opinion on things they don't understand as far as the 2nd Amendment is concerned.

I'm sure you are well aware that your ultimate boss, Fox News Chairman Rupert Murdoch tweeted the following just a few days ago and I quote:
"We have to do something about gun controls. Police license okay for hunting rifle or pistol for anyone without crime or pscho record. No more." – Rupert Murdoch.
But of course you won't dare criticize him, nor will you inform your readers as to what he said because it doesn't fit with your narrative that only the far left wing hollywood types think this way. Nor will you ever say a word about conservative Bill Kristol's comments that were similar in nature to Mr. Murdoch's.
I won't hold my breath waiting for you to post a blog telling Rupert Murdoch to stick with issues that he knows about. I guess that is only reserved for women who in your opinion should stay in the kitchen.
Screw Hollywood, they have not done one single thing to earn any of my money for years. Bill Moyers is senile and long past his “best by” date. Bill Maher is a political hack who only wishes he was a comedian but hasn’t said anything funny in a decade. Martha Stewart is still an abject phony. Who cares what vitriol or stupidity emanates from this crowd? No one should as they contribute little or nothing to our society.
It is completely asinine to call for stricter gun control since it has always failed. It continues a spectacular decades-long failure in NYC, Chicago and Philly, and, murder rates continue to increase in Louisiana, Atlanta and throughout the country. There is NO QUESTION that if guns are made illegal only criminals will have them. We already know this mass murderer is no Conservative or member of the TP, he is a registered Democrat…Has there been any documentation as to whether this maniac had registered his guns? If anyone wants to argue about the size of his larger clip, they can easily be made at home. This evil clown could have just as easily built a bomb out of household cleaner and some pipe. He could have just as easily waited for everyone to leave the theater and plow into them with his car. If there is a will, people will find a way…blaming guns is a cop-out.

Where's all the commentary on the conservatives supporting gun control, Todd? Your boss for example? Bill Kristol? As the article at the above link reminds us, the most lethal weapon available when the 2nd amendment was written was a musket. This needs to become a conversation about reasonable controls on weaponry, and most importantly, how to prevent criminals from getting their hands on them. Getting tired of hearing the old "Guns don't kill people" line. Yes people kill people, but I strongly suspect that without a gun, far less than 12 people would be dead (maybe none) and far less than 58 people would have been injured. People kill people, but guns make it much more efficient for them to do so.
