According to the White House Press Pool report, a patron named Jeff Hawks got the president’s attention by pointing out that the bar’s television was on Fox News Channel.

“You’re in a building that has Fox News on,” Hawks told the Commander-in-Chief.

Obama then suggested Hawsk request that the channel be changed.

“The customer is always right,” President Obama replied.

At that point, Hawks threw down the challenge.

“I’ll arm wrestle you for your vote,” he told the leader of the Free World.

President Obama declined.

“No,” he replied. “I’ll play basketball for your vote.”
