My daughter-in-law, Lydia, shared this recipe with me several years ago. The blend of flavors is wonderful! This dip will be a great addition for your parties, office events, or church dinners, and is also a quick treat to make when unexpected guests arrive. You’ll love how simple this is to prepare.
10 oz. jar of lemon curd
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
5.25 oz. box of gingersnaps or orange thins
Soften the cream cheese to room temperature. Whip until fluffy. Add the lemon curd; blend well. Spoon into a pretty serving dish and serve with gingersnaps or orange thins.
*Orange thin cookies are usually found near the gingersnaps in the cookie section of the grocery store. Lemon curd is usually found in the jam and jelly section. I tried this as a dip with some fresh fruit and it was awesome.
