PODCAST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Premium Podcast FAQs

As soon as your premium podcast subscription purchase is complete you will receive an invoice receipt email acknowledging your subscription and payment, and you’ll receive a “Premium Podcast Information” email from us, as well. The Premium Podcast Information email will contain your podcast user name, your podcast password and your “Private Podcast URL”.  You’ll need the URL for Apple Podcasts, Google or podcast apps. (See below for Apple and Google instructions.)

The easiest way to access your premium podcast is via our premium podcast web portal at https://radio.foxnews.com/account.  Just enter your podcast user name and podcast password (from your Premium Podcast Information email) in the boxes indicated, and click/tap the “Enter Premium Area” button. Your podcast URL is not needed on this podcast web portal.

Once you’ve logged in, you can scroll down to see the list of the available podcasts to either listen to online or download. Click “Listen” next to an episode you want to listen to or right-click (press and hold on a smartphone) on “Download” to actually download an episode to your PC/Phone.

In addition to the free Apple Podcasts app, there are other podcast apps that work on iPhones and iPads that you may want to try. Here’s a short list (there are others) you can use:

  • Castro
  • Downcast
  • OverCast
  • Pocket Casts
  • Google Podcasts

Please check their support pages for instructions on how to add your FOX News Radio Premium Podcast subscription URL to their app.

Android Podcast Apps

There are several Android podcast apps that will allow you to enter a custom (private) premium podcast URL. Here’s some apps you can check out. Please check their support pages for instructions on how to add your FOX News Radio Premium Podcast subscription URL to their app. Note: there may be paid versions of these apps as well as ad-supported versions:

  • Beyond Pod
  • DoggCatcher
  • Pocket Casts
  • Podcast Addict
  • Google Podcasts

Again, the apps listed do not make up the entire list of available podcast apps on either iOS or Android. And note: since they are not our apps, we cannot offer direct support for them. Instructions on how to use a particular app may change over time as updates to the app are made, so always refer to the app’s support pages.

Yes. When you get your FOX News Radio “Order Information” email for your individual podcast purchase, you’ll see that it has an image labeled “DOWNLOAD” on it. Underneath the image is a URL (link) to download the podcast episode. Click on either the link or the image to access your podcast.

Yes! Just log in with your podcast user name and current podcast password at https://radio.foxnews.com/account and click on the “Change Password” link.

Note: If you have multiple subscriptions, be aware that changing the password for one subscription automatically assigns your custom password to all of your subscriptions.

The first thing to try is the “Forgot your password” reset link: Click here to reset your password. Enter the email address you used when subscribing. If there’s an active subscription or subscriptions under that email address, an email will be generated to you with your new password and other log in information. (Note: if you have multiple subscriptions, the reset password will apply to all of them.)

If you’re still having log in issues after resetting the password, OR if you can’t remember or no longer use the email address you subscribed with, please email us at support@foxnewsradio.com for assistance. All of our podcast subscriptions are identified by the email address used when subscribing, so you must provide the email address that you used to subscribe to the podcast when emailing us so we can look up your account. To be clear, you can use any email account to email us for help. Just provide your podcast subscription email address (if different from the address you are writing from) so we can successfully look up your podcast account.

We strip out the top and bottom of the hour newscasts, as well as the commercial breaks from each hour of your FOX News Talk radio (Brian Kilmeade Show/FOX Across America/Guy Benson Show) podcast. That leaves about 37 minutes and 40 seconds of content time per hour. All of our FOX News Talk radio programs are three hour shows, so that works out to about 1 hour and 53 minutes of show content per podcast.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription costs are non-refundable.

To update your credit card information or cancel your subscription, log in to our podcast subscription web portal at https://radio.foxnews.com/account. Look for the link that says “Update Billing Info / Cancel” and click on that. That will take you to your private account page where you can update your credit card information or cancel. Note that canceling a subscription merely turns off auto-renewals. Your subscription will remain active for the period you paid for. If you log in and don’t see that “Update Billing Info / Cancel” link, there’s probably an issue retrieving your billing account details. If that’s the case, no worries, just send us an email and we’ll help you out.

If your subscription was past-due and later canceled by our billing service provider, we can’t reopen the subscription, even if you update your billing information. Once a past-due subscription is canceled, it is expired in both our system and the billing service provider’s system. But, it’s a simple matter to resubscribe! Just go to https://radio.foxnews.com/podcast and find the show you are interested in, and resubscribe. Just note that you will get a new set of credentials when you resubscribe.

If you canceled a subscription that still has time remaining and change your mind about canceling, no problem! Just log in at https://radio.foxnews.com/account and find the link that says “Update Billing Info / Cancel” and click on that. Then, click the “Reactivate” menu for your subscription once you are on your private subscription management page. (If you have an older PayPal subscription and change your mind about canceling, you will need to resubscribe when the current subscription term ends. There’s no way to reactivate a PayPal subscription that has been canceled by a customer.)

We realize we can’t possibly cover every issue that might come up with your podcast subscriptions on this page. But no worries – just email us! We’ll be happy to answer your questions and assist you as best we can.
