Former President Obama returns home to Chicago for the first time since leaving office.

    FOX's Jeff Monosso reports:

The former President spent time here yesterday at the University of Chicago, where he paid a visit with civic leaders and former advisors to map out the plans for his presidential library in Chicago's Jackson Park:

(Barrett) "He assured us that we will see him more often, more like once or twice a month and that there's no other priority higher than making sure that this center gets built."

    Community leader Torrey Barrett.

Mr. Obama is also laying the ground work for a massive fundraising drive to raise hundreds of millions of dollars for his center, a museum, library and event complex.
