Chargers Ditch San Diego for Los Angeles

The NFL will have two teams in Los Angeles next season.

FOX’s Chris Hoenig reports:

The Chargers will open next season playing in the 30,000 seat StubHub Center in the suburb of Carson, a soccer stadium that will be by far the smallest in the NFL, but is closer to the team’s fan base than the L.A. Memorial Coliseum. Though that doesn’t mean they’ll necessarily be coming out in droves:

(Fan) “Sorry Los Angeles, I won’t be attending no games up there. I represent San Diego Chargers, you guys enjoy. I guess the games of the team, we’ll still represent the San Diego Chargers here.”

Anger amongst fans, the overriding reaction, one even egging the team’s headquarters.
