Former Wrestlers Throw WWE into Turnbuckle with Latest Suit

A group of ex-pro wrestlers are looking for compensation from the WWE for injuries suffered in the squared circle.

FOX’s Michelle Pollino reports:

A lawsuit filed in Connecticut by more than 50 former wrestlers claim that World Wrestling Entertainment is responsible for their long term damage and failed to care for their injuries. The WWE denies the allegations and says that a lawyer for the ex-wrestlers has made false claims against the company and filed lawsuits that ended up being dismissed.

Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka, Joseph “Road Warrior Animal” Laurinaitis and Paul “Mr. Wonderful” Orndorff are among the plaintiffs who say they suffered concussions and other head trauma that resulted in long-term brain damage.
