Toland: A Carry Permit Is A Good ‘Vetting Process’ For Employees

Thursday on "The Alan Colmes Show," Alan spoke with Lance Toland, the owner of his own aviation insurance company, who has made headlines by requiring all of his employees to carry guns in the workplace.

Toland told Alan that while he would not fire any employee who refused to carry a gun, he would not consider someone who would decline the rule for employment, and said the going through the steps of obtaining a permit makes for a good "vetting process." Toland also told Alan about the death in his family which led to believing in armed employees and why carrying a weapon is also matter of safety for his employees.
