Arrest Made In University of Chicago Gun Threat

An arrest is made in connection with online threats that forced the University of Chicago campus to shut down out of safety concerns.

    FOX News’ Jeff Monosso reports:

The threat to the University of Chicago was very specific naming a place and time for gun violence and now we learn from the FBI that it was a student from the University of Illinois at Chicago, who reportedly made the threat to kill 16 white male students or staff in retaliation for the police shooting of black teen Laquan McDonald.

The officer involved in that shooting is charged and now the FBI says charges in this case are pending. That the person who made the alleged threat is in federal custody.
