Threats against Americans in uniform pops up on Pentagon social media sites.

FOX News Radio’s Steve Taylor reports from Washington.

The military’s Central Command says it appears no classified information was lost when Twitter and YouTube accounts were hacked on Monday, allegedly by followers of ISIS. One warning said, “American soldiers, we are coming.” Another claimed, “We broke into your networks and personal devices and know everything about you.”

White House spokesman Josh Earnest played down the threats.

(Earnest) ”There’s a pretty significant difference between what is a large data breach and the hacking of a Twitter account.”

The messages were taken down. The Pentagon says it’s investigating.
