A look at the best and not so best moments of the inaugural American Country Countdown Awards.

FOX Country.

I’m Michelle Pollino.

Best — Carrie Underwood’s show opening medley at the first ever American Country Countdown Awards. Despite being a few months away from giving birth, she kicked the show into high gear.

Then came the bro’s – Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley poked fun at their attire by arriving in tear away suits. And, for all their ribbing about Bro country — the boys kept the show fun and always reminded us of the all important bar.

That was weird because I wanted the music to continue at the Twitter bar, like Lady Antebellum’s “Hey Bartender,” and Kix Brooks and Jerrod Niemann’s “Rock My World.” Hopefully next year — we’ll hang at the bar just a little longer.

Miranda Lambert’s star continues to shine. Her little hair lifts during “Platinum” were just the right touch. Eric Church proving you don’t have to sing fast songs on awards shows. Kip Moore and Luke Bryan with their emotionally touching acceptance speeches.

The best moment — NASH Icon Award winner Reba McEntire jumping up to sing “Fancy” with Lambert and Kelly Clarkson.

That’s FOX Country on FOX News Radio.
