UPDATE: Toys R Us has decided to remove the action figures from its shelves.

A Florida mother is confronting a major toy retailer about some controversial action figures.

FOX News Radio’s Paul Stevens reports:

A mother in Fort Meyers, Susan Schrivjer, launching a petition to have action figures from the AMC TV series “Breaking Bad” pulled from the shelves of Toys R Us.

Those figures include Walter White and Jesse Pinkman, a chemistry teacher and one of his former students who produce crystal methamphetamine. Schrivjer saying those action figures have no place in a toy store. That petition, posted at change.org.

(Schrivjer) “I’m just amazed at how many people weren’t even aware that these dolls existed and, you know, I’m making them aware of that and hopefully Toys R Us will listen and remove them from their shelves.”

Schrivjer also saying she was a fan of “Breaking Bad” — calling the show “riveting”.
