Worried about homegrown jihadists fighting with ISIS then returning to stage attacks in the west, British Prime Minister David Cameron wants new laws.

FOX News Radio’s Simon Owen reports from London:

David Cameron saying thousands of Europeans have traveled to fight in Iraq and Syria — So the Prime Minister tightening anti-terror legislation here…

(Cameron) “…By providing the police with a temporary power to seize a passport at the border.”

…stopping suspected fighters and giving detectives time to investigate them.

Airlines will also have to provide details of passenger lists to British authorities. And terror suspects under investigation look set to face new restrictions on where they can live.
