Three Killed In Shootings At Jewish Centers Near Kansas City [VIDEO]

Overland Park Shootings

Shots rang out Sunday at two Jewish facilities near Kansas City, leaving three dead.  A suspect is in custody.

FOX News Radio’s Jennifer Keiper reports:

A 14-year-old, his grandfather, and a woman who was visiting her mother in a Jewish retirement home are the victims of Sunday’s shooting, which Overland Park Police Chief John Douglass says were hate crimes…

(Douglass) “We have some statements that were made that allow us to believe that it was in that direction. Again, I can’t tell you what those were.”

U.S. attorney Barry Grisom says Frazier Glenn Cross, who has had white supremacist ties, will face federal and state charges.

(Grisom) “We are in a very good place from an evidence standpoint of moving forward with this case and we will be presenting it to a grand jury in the not too distant future.”

Authorities say Cross is not cooperating.
