A Texas father is taking a high school to federal court — angry about a sports team.

Bill Munck has brought a lawsuit, against several coaches who were involved with coaching his son and the Dallas LaCrosse Academy, as well as Coast2Coast LaCrosse.  Munck is angry over his son Billy’s lack of playing time on the lacrosse team.

Munck alleges fraudulent conduct, threats, intimidation, extortion used by coaches to coerce parents into paying to get their kids playing time, with no play for those who don’t pay. No comment from the school or academy. But one lacrosse player’s mom thinks the suit goes too far:

(Lacrosse Player’s Mom) “It’s just crazy. Just crazy. It’s… All these kids are out here to have fun and play.”
