Mindy McCready was perhaps better known for her personal life than her on-stage success.

(“Guys Do It All the Time”)

She scored a #1 hit with “Guys Do It All the Time” and had two other top 10 hits in the 90′s, but also made headlines for her drug use – appearing on “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” – and for an alleged affair with baseball pitcher Roger Clemens.  McCready attempted suicide twice in 2005 and again in 2008, after an ex-boyfriend was charged with attempted murder for beating and choking her.

Her latest boyfriend – and the father of her second child – committed suicide in January.  Mindy McCready dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.  She was 37.
