Our leaders are to blame for the deaths of those children.This has happened many times. Where was the contingency plan when the locked door failed.Arm the office on the other side so they can protect the children and their own lives My deepest sympathy goes to the parents who lost their child.These leaders (politicians) are thesame people who aren,t smart enough to balance our budget.SHAMEON THEM!!!
