hello there..about the cell phone to the kids 8y/o .my comment is no 10 to 12 maybe ,they need more inlightment befor they get a cel phone or any thing that you can run a muck with at that age.its so hard fine tuneing them now that you want to give them way to much now .trust is the key and there peers are the point,
