Tom: You tell me – if everything is about the almighty dollar, what makes you think that once they start building the Jeep in China, all Jeeps sold outside North America won't be manufactured out of China? Labor is much cheaper and shipping is minimal cost in this equation – How could this not affect the number of vehicles manufactured in the USA?

The ad is truthful. Whether it is fair or not depends on your interpretation. If you hear it saying, American jobs are being sent to China, you believe it false, even though that is not what it said. If you believe it implies that taxes have helped create jobs in China, then you will see itt as truthful. Either way the ad is not untruthful as it stands.
