Gulf coast states continue to deal with the impact of Isaac. Many areas are still under water and the death toll is rising.
FOX's Jonathan Serrie reports from New Orleans:
The death toll from this week's storm has risen to four after rescuers searching a flooded neighborhood in Plaquemines Parish discovered the bodies of an elderly couple in their home.
Meanwhile, crews in Mississippi are relieving pressure on a damaged dam on a lake swollen by Isaac's heavy rains. They're hoping a controlled release of water will prevent the dam from breaking, but just to be safe, Louisiana authorities are evacuating neighborhoods downstream along the Tangipahoa River.
