According to new analysis of census data, 100 million Americans are now on welfare. More specifically, that means 100 million Americans receive government help in the form of food stamps, Medicaid or some other assistance program.     Tom, when it comes to welfare voting, not only do the recipients vote, but also those who administer welfare vote in favor of welfare growth. It seems to be reaching the "tipping point". This financial outlook is scary. Thanks for keeping this in front of us…Tom/Sacramento.
