President Obama and the left have been doing back flips over a Tax Policy Center study that concluded Mitt Romney’s plan would lower tax rates for the top quintile while the lowest fifth of earners would see a small tax increase. While Romney’s plan is still incomplete, are you okay with the rich getting a break and the poor and ‘middleclass’ paying more? What if leads to economic growth?
