Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, the first attorney general in the nation to file a lawsuit over, called in to the Tom Sullivan Show to react to today’s historic Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. Cuccinelli originally disliked the ruling but then changed his mind when he realized that it gives Republicans a great opportunity to repeal the law. Because Obamacare’s mandate has been determined to be a tax, Cuccinelli says the Senate can toss out the entire bill with only 51 votes!
