    If this new tax is going to me a "check box" on your IRS tax form, does this now mean that all persons of majority age will be required to file a tax return regardless of income level? If so, does not filing mean you are NOT entitled to medical care?

    For those of us in the 1% bracket, this is an "unfair" (to use the Obama campaigns favorite word) tax because in addition to paying for my private insurance I'll keep, I now have to pay the tax to get something I'm not benefiting from.
