Podcast: Head on Stake Looks Like Pres. Bush: Mistake or Statement?

HBO apologized for using a prop that looked like former President Bush in a scene that had a head on a stake. Was this an intentional action used to make a political statement, or an honest mistake as they said it was. They were just using a prop that had a similar likeness, but was not intended to look like the former President. What do you think?
