Space Shuttle Enterprise Arrives in NYC [VIDEO]

The Space Shuttle Enterprise arrived at New York’s JFK International Airport Friday on the back of a 747. Enterprise dazzled excited onlookers as it flew along the Hudson River.

The Shuttle began her journey to New York city from Dulles Airport in Washington DC.

Actor Leonard Nimoy was one of the people gazing at the skies to see Enterprise on her final flight.

The Enterprise will eventually be taken from JFK to its new home in Manhattan, aboard the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum where it’s scheduled to be open to the public in mid-July.
